While this photo isn't the most unique, (This isn't the first time I've seen a set up like that.) it is an excellent photo, in my opinion. The small details make this photo great.

The tone in this image works very well with the subject matter, highlighting their skin just so, and bringing out the character in their skin as well. The light is handled well, gently highlighting parts of hair, skin, and clothing.

I also think the focus was handled well. The model is very strongly in the foreground, and a more blurred, out of focus background calls the eye to the model, keeping the eye from wandering, and leading to a better appreciation for the captured details of the model.

All in all, not the most unique concept, but a well done iteration.
